WHAT WE SELL ONLINE
Dream Weddings Europe sells online-only services and digital products.
HOW THE SELLING PROCESS WORKS

Choose your favourite products and add them to the cart.

After adding to the cart, click on "Checkout". If this is the first time you purchase at our store, you will have to fill in the data requested.

Once you have decided on the payment method, you only need to complete your purchase.

If you purchase a digital product, it will automatically be sent to the email address registered in your order after receiving your payment.

If you purchase a service, in the time frame of one hour after your purchase* you will receive a follow-up email from our manager.
*from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 8 pm GMT
HOW TO REGISTER ON OUR WEBSITE?
You will need to correctly fill in all the data requested during the purchase process and confirm your purchase. If you wish to order again from Dream Wedding Europe, after your first purchase you only need to log in to your account, in the upper right corner.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Dream Wedding Europe's Digital Products* can't be exchanged or refunded.
Dream Weddings Europe's Online-only Services** can be exchanged or refunded. You can only apply for an exchange or refund of a DWE's Online-only Service if you decide to do so before our first meeting or during the first meeting. For that, you can contact us by the email
info@dweddings.eu stating your intention and sending a copy of purchase invoice and proof of payment.
According to Decree-Law Nº. 143/2001 of 26 April, you have a maximum period of 30 days to exchange or return.
According to article 8 of the same decree, Dream Weddings Europe is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the consumer within a maximum period of 30 days.
Exchanges or returns of completed services are not accepted.

OUR ONLINE-ONLY SERVICES
Dream Wedding Europe's online-only services available on our website are regular services of the company created according to our experience, especially for couples planning their wedding in European countries.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Dream Weddings Europe may amend, at any time these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and will be in effect as long as they are properly published.
