Planning in Portugal is typically carried out over the course of a year, although certain dates - particularly Saturdays - are often secured earlier.
The process is structured from the beginning and managed across a limited number of projects per year, allowing each stage to be developed with full attention, as outlined in our full-service planning approach.
By approximately one month before the wedding, all key elements are already defined and confirmed. This allows the final period to focus on alignment and preparation for execution, rather than decision-making under time pressure.

DESIGN

Our design project defines how the wedding will look like in full, including colour palette, attire, floral design, furniture and tableware, as well as elements such as the cake and overall spatial layout.
The direction is developed based on the characteristics of the location, the season and the couple's personal context, ensuring that the outcome is specific to the project rather than applied as a predefined style.
Certain elements associated with Portugal - such as traditional materials, architectural details or specific colour references - may be incorporated where relevant to the project.
