Step Two
During the video call (ranging from 30 min to 60) Anastasiia Halla will engage in a conversation aiming to collect useful and required information about your Wedding and will explain all the services included in the service:

Sharing the Wedding Day Schedule PDF with all the Wedding Vendors
On-site presence on the Wedding day of three English & Portuguese speaking Professional Wedding Coordinators for 12 hours
Management and Supervision of all Wedding Vendors' arrivals on the Wedding Day
Management and Supervision of all Timings (Vendors and Bridal party)
Management and Supervision of all Setups
Management and Supervision of the Ceremony entrances
Management and Supervision of Guests' arrival
Emergency Kit: Ibuprofen, Plasters, etc.
Support with taxis and coordination of Transfers
 
Step Three
On the Wedding Day, three English & Portuguese speaking Professional Wedding Coordinators will be at the Venue for 12 hours performing the Coordination of the Wedding Day in Portugal Service.
