For years, we have been against offering wedding packages because we believe that every wedding is unique and cannot be replicated. However, we understand that some couples find it more convenient to book a package that includes everything they need for their special day. We also understand that some couples may not have the time to select vendors and plan their wedding in detail, so we have created a package that takes care of everything for you.
As you already know, we value quality and style, which is why our package is different from anything else available online. It includes beautiful decorations and talented vendors who will ensure that your wedding day is unforgettable.

What does it include?
Wedding planning & coordination
Our package includes a complete wedding planning service and on-site coordination by our team for up to 12 hours. We'll be on hand to address any concerns, take care of you and your guests, manage and coordinate vendors, keep track of timelines, and much more.

Luxury venue
Discover the Best Wedding Venue and Catering Company in Portugal - Penha Longa Resort.
Located in the Sintra mountains, just a half-hour away from Lisbon airport, lies one of Portugal's premier wedding venues and catering services. This sprawling 5-star resort boasts a plethora of amenities, including restaurants, a spa, golf course, and countless other activities. In addition to the main building, you'll also find a stunning 17th-century monastery with a beautiful Catholic Church, lush gardens, and luxurious rooms that are perfect for your celebration. Best of all, there are no time restrictions, so you can enjoy your special day without any worries.
At Penha Longa, you'll never feel like your special day is just another wedding at a typical resort. The hotel is completely separate from the wedding area, so you and your guests can enjoy the festivities without interruption. The Monastery is where the magic happens, and it offers a sense of history that's distinctly Portuguese. Surrounded by lush green hills and gardens, it's the perfect backdrop for your celebration.
Reception
Reception is included for 100 and 150 guests. Cocktail for 1 hour and 30 minutes (canapé selection, soft and alcoholic beverages). 3 Courses seated dinner (starter, main course & dessert). Please find the menu below. Delicious wedding cake with Portuguese sparkling wine. Open bar for 2 hours. Desserts, fruits and cheese buffet. Staff meal (up to 10 people).

Grilled green and white asparagus salad, baby spinach and citrus segments, Algarve orange vinaigrette and dry tomato

Cod with a shrimp bread soup, garlic and coriander, fresh tomato with vierge sauce

Guinea fowl breast with roasted carrot, wild mushrooms and rosemary sauce

Open Bar 2 hours

Service is included within a period of 7 hours and/or until 2AM. After that, a catering service fee of €500 per each extra hour shall be applied + food and beverages + security fee.
Furniture & more
Beautiful, high quality linen tablecloth for round tables.
White napkins. Silver cutlery and classical glassware.
Charger plates. Golden Chiavari chairs for the symbolic ceremony and dinner - upon availability . Garden furniture for the cocktail (tables and chairs). Garden cocktail tables. Sun umbrellas for the cocktail area. Round dinner tables. Bars for the cocktail hour and Open Bar. White carpet for the church.
Sound, Lights and DJ
Sound and microphones for the ceremony, sound for the cocktail, sound, microphones and decorative lights for the dining room, sound for the party, DJ, professional party lights.
Top wedding photographer
We will provide you a top quality wedding photographer from Portugal or abroad (depending on availability), who will stay with you and your guests for 10 hours.
Wedding styling and flowers
It includes:
- wedding design project, based on your personal style, your dreams and world trends; - bridal bouquet and groom's buttonhole; - ceremony's altar decoration at the garden or at the church; - 2 baskets with rose petals for the beautiful moment at the end of the ceremony; - flowers for the cocktail tables (up to 6 tables); - flower arrangements for the dinner tables, including vases and candles (one arrangement per table, considering round tables). Please note, only low centrepieces are included (tall centrepieces are available with an extra fee).

100 wedding guests (available on any day, Saturday has an extra fee)
73 000 Euros
150 wedding guests (available on any day, Saturday has an extra fee)
Legal Portuguese VAT is included.
What is not included?
Stationery. We consider invitations and wedding stationery as very ''personal" details to include in wedding package. We will be able to provide you with different options of designers we work with in Portugal or you can work directly with stationery designer in your country. Videography. In today's day and age, many couples choose not to hire a wedding videographer, and we respect that decision. However, if you're open to it, we would love to discuss some of the unique options that a videographer can bring to your big day. Hair and makeup for the bride. Church fees or symbolic ceremony celebrant. Live Music.
