PLANNING STRUCTURE
The planning process is developed in defined phases, with each stage structured in advance.
Venue selection, contractor sourcing, logistics and design are managed in parallel, not sequentially. This keeps the project controlled and avoids revisions later.
Projects range from single-day weddings to multi-day celebrations, all managed within the same structure.
All elements are tracked within a single system, and decisions are presented when they are ready to be made.
Location and date
The process begins with defining the location, securing the venue and confirming the date.
If the venue has not yet been selected, options are identified based on your requirements and the constraints of the location. If already secured, the focus shifts to reviewing the contract, understanding conditions and defining how the space can be used.
Once the venue is confirmed, guest communication begins, including the development of Save the Dates within the overall project direction.
PRODUCTION AND EXECUTION
Execution is prepared in full before the wedding day,
On the day itself, our role is not meant to be visible. The team is present, but the work remains unseen.
If something requires attention, it is resolved before it reaches you. The day unfolds as planned, without interruption.
DESIGN APPROACH
Wedding design is developed alongside planning, so that the visual direction is aligned with the structure of the day, the location and the way the event is experienced.
Our design project defines how the wedding will look in full.
It includes the overall visual direction, colour palette, floral design, stationery, table settings, furniture, and the detailed layout of the space. It also considers elements such as attire, cake design and smaller details that contribute to the overall composition.
Each element is developed in relation to the others, so that the result is coherent rather than assembled.
The visual outcome is not based on a predefined style, but on a set of decisions made specifically for each project.
